Can Ridge Rock evaluate land before we buy?
Yes. A builder review can identify questions around access, buildable area, utilities, wastewater, drainage, slope, rock, and likely site work. It is not a substitute for survey or engineering, but it helps show what to investigate.
How are changes handled?
A change should describe the work, cost, and likely schedule effect before it proceeds whenever conditions allow. Field discoveries may require faster action, but the decision and consequence should still be documented.
Who handles design, engineering, and permits?
Ridge Rock can collaborate with the architect and consultants you already have or help assemble an appropriate team. Responsibilities and required technical work are defined during preconstruction.
How long does the entire process take?
Design and preconstruction often take many months before construction. The build schedule depends on site, project type, complexity, reviews, selections, weather, and long-lead materials.
What happens after move-in?
Closeout includes final work, system and home information, and a clear warranty and follow-up path. Ridge Rock’s accountability continues after the keys are handed over.
