It is an early planning range based on the choices and property details you provide. The more you know, the more useful the range becomes. Ridge Rock confirms final pricing after reviewing the land, plans, selections, engineering, and complete scope.
When is contact information required?
Your planning range appears after you finish the project questions, before any contact information is required. Name, email, and phone are required only to unlock Project Lab, where you can save, compare, revise, share, upload plans, and request Ridge Rock review. Marketing is a separate optional choice.
Is a Build Studio range a construction proposal?
No. It is an early construction planning range. Final pricing depends on the property, drawings, engineering, selections, trade review, and a defined scope.
What happens to plans I upload?
Your uploads stay in your private project for you and the Ridge Rock team. You can ask Build Studio to read a plan when you want help organizing its details.
Can I compare more than one option?
Yes. A private project can keep up to three complete planning options, with saved versions for each one.
