Program description

Ridge Rock Builders sends recurring automated text messages to employees who separately opt in. Messages are limited to workplace communications such as new task assignments, priority action items, schedules, project updates, safety or weather notices, training, payroll or HR reminders, and account security. This program does not send advertising or promotional messages.

Participation is optional

Consent to text messaging is not a condition of employment, access to Ridge Rock OS, completing assigned work, receiving pay, or receiving required employment information. Employees may decline or withdraw SMS consent without discipline or adverse employment action. Ridge Rock Builders will provide necessary workplace information through another reasonable channel, such as Ridge Rock OS, email, or a telephone call.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with assigned work and operational activity and may include several messages in a day. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to stop automated messages. Ridge Rock Builders also honors other reasonable requests to withdraw consent. Reply HELP for help, call (512) 294-9579, or email info@ridgerockbuilders.com. After opting out, employees will continue to receive required workplace information through another reasonable channel.

Privacy

Ridge Rock Builders records the telephone number, consent language, date, time, method, and affirmative response used to document enrollment. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message delivery providers may process this information only to deliver and support Ridge Rock communications. See the Ridge Rock Builders Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

Ridge Rock Builders may update these terms when the program, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
