Employee SMS Consent

Employees choose separately whether to receive recurring automated Ridge Rock Builders workplace text messages.

How employees opt in

  1. Ridge Rock Builders provides the complete disclosure below during onboarding or in a direct enrollment request.
  2. The employee reviews the disclosure, confirms the mobile number belongs to them, and chooses whether to participate.
  3. The employee affirmatively signs the disclosure or replies AGREE or YES to the written enrollment request.
  4. Ridge Rock Builders stores the disclosure version, mobile number, date, time, method, and affirmative response as the consent record.

The choice is not bundled with an employment agreement, Ridge Rock OS access, payroll, or another required acknowledgment. The employee may decline and continue employment and use Ridge Rock OS without SMS enrollment.

Enrollment disclosure

I authorize Ridge Rock Builders to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number I provide for employment-related purposes, including new task assignments, priority action items, schedules, project updates, safety or weather notices, training, payroll or HR reminders, and account security.

Message frequency varies and may include several messages in a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment, Ridge Rock OS access, completing assigned work, receiving pay, or receiving required employment information. Declining or withdrawing consent will not result in discipline or adverse employment action. Ridge Rock Builders will provide necessary workplace information through another reasonable channel. This consent does not authorize advertising or promotional messages.

I confirm that I control the mobile number provided and will notify Ridge Rock Builders if it changes or is reassigned. I agree to the Employee SMS Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

How employees opt out

Employees may reply STOP or use any other reasonable method to withdraw consent. Ridge Rock Builders sends at most one non-promotional confirmation and moves required workplace communications to Ridge Rock OS, email, or a telephone call.
