It all started with frustration. After yet another disappointing experience with a contractor who over-promised and under-delivered, I found myself at a crossroads. There had to be a better way, I thought. That’s when I reached out to my long-time friend, Riley Skinner. In a leap of faith, I convinced him to leave the Arizona desert behind and move to Dripping Springs, TX.

Riley dove into a project that many would have shied away from, adding a second floor to a casita. The results exceeded anything I could have imagined. Of course, as with any construction project, challenges arose, unexpected issues that required quick thinking and flexibility. But what set Riley apart was his unwavering communication and problem-solving mindset. Each hurdle wasn’t a setback but an opportunity, and he turned those unforeseen challenges into some of the build’s finest features.

From that moment on, our path was clear. Riley and I partnered up, launching a journey of building everything from casitas and barns to homes and offices. With every project, our goal remains the same: to build with a level of quality and care that we ourselves would be proud to live and work in.
